First-Time Users

To sign up, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be an active RACC student or employee
  • Be a retired RACC employee
  • Know your RACC ID username

To sign up, please enter your RACC ID username, Last Name and select a Role.

Students will most times use the first initial of the first name, the first initial of the last name, and the last 5 digits of the student ID# (ex. az12345).
RACC employees will select "Faculty and Staff" role.
RACC retired employees will select the "Retired Staff" role.
Adjuncts will select the "Instructors" role.

  • Upon successful validation, you will get an email at your personal email address as-well-as an on-screen temporary randomly generated password.
    Copy (PC: CTRL+C) (MAC: CMD+C) your on-screen password to your clipboard.
    Paste (PC: CTRL+V) (MAC: CMD+V)
  • Use these credentials to log onto myRACC and complete the first-time users setup.

Forgot/Reset Password

To use the Reset Password utility, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be an active RACC student or employee
  • Be a retired RACC employee
  • Know your RACC ID username
  • Have previously provided secret answers during the First-Time Users setup
     

To reset your password, please enter your username. You will be prompted to answer one of your security questions.
When your secret questions are answered correctly, a randomly generated password will be displayed on-screen.

You may either login immediately with your newly generated password or change the new password to one of your choosing.
We recommend that you immediately change your generated password.
To do so, please copy (PC: CNTRL+C) (MAC: CMD+C) the generated password before selecting the change your password option.
To paste (PC: CTRL+V) (MAC: CMD+V).

If you do not know your username, please select 'Forgot Username' on the login page, which will take you to the First-Time Users login page.
Please note that the First-Time Users workflow will reset your existing RACC password.
